The service was performed professionally and without unnecessary fuss. The gearbox oil change was done promptly, everything runs smoothly, the car immediately responds better to gas, oil changes, etc. It's clear they know what they're doing and don't mess around. The price may not be the lowest, but it's commensurate with the quality. I paid for peace of mind and peace of mind, especially before a long trip. I recommend it 100%, and I came in a Mercedes; they'll even take care of that brand 😉😉

A really cool place and great service 🙂 Everything went smoothly at the service center. Great service. I was surprised by the facilities – a gaming room with a simulator and a mini museum where you could learn a bit about the history of older BMW models, which was really interesting. There's also a great kids' corner, so the little ones won't get bored. Honestly, this could be a great idea for a trip for parents with children, not just a regular visit to the service center.

I highly recommend Alpine Garage for their transmission modification software. Now, the transmission operates much better, and driving is more enjoyable. The service itself is very well-maintained and aesthetically pleasing, which immediately makes a good impression. The service, starting from the reception desk, is very friendly and professional.

The comfortable waiting room is also a major plus – it's clean, comfortable, and in excellent conditions, allowing you to wait for your service. In addition to the standard waiting room, there's a game room, a children's room, a work area, and a history room for selected brands. It's clear that the company cares about both the quality of their work and the customer.

The fair prices for the service are also a major advantage. I highly recommend them.

I booked a service appointment for my Mercedes GLC 300 X254. Ms. Iza at the front desk greeted me very politely and competently and handed over the car after service. I would especially like to thank Mr. Czarek for his excellent knowledge and thorough explanation of the problem I brought to the service center with. I also thank the mechanic who looked after my car.

I'm incredibly impressed with the facility and customer service. I've been to many garages, mainly BMW, but never have I been treated like this. The atmosphere is intimate, the staff are polite, and they're very friendly.
I only picked up the parts I ordered for Alpina, but I was also shown around the facility. The kids had already played in the chill room and are already pestering me when I book a service appointment. I highly recommend it. It's clear that this place was created with passion and attention to every detail.
